These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Aylmer Skating Centre’s website and participation in our programs. By using our site or registering for our programs, you agree to these terms.
• All skaters must meet safety requirements, including wearing CSA-approved helmets for CanSkate.
• Skaters are expected to follow the instructions of coaches and program assistants at all times.
• Aylmer Skating Centre reserves the right to remove a participant for unsafe behaviour, failure to comply with safety rules, or conduct that disrupts the program.
• Program fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the session unless otherwise arranged.
• Refunds may be issued for medical reasons with a doctor’s note; other refunds are at the discretion of Aylmer Skating Centre.
• Missed classes are not eligible for refunds or credits.
• All content on this site is the property of Aylmer Skating Centre and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
• While we strive to keep all information accurate, we are not responsible for any errors or omissions.
• Participation in skating activities involves inherent risks. By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
• Aylmer Skating Centre is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in our programs, except where required by law.
